Abstract:
The horizontal sliding table is the key to achieve the horizontal vibration performance of vibration table. In this paper, two test schemes of uniaxial drive and unidirectional biaxial drive are designed for the horizontal sliding table with a working area of 3000mm×3000mm, namely, single 160kN and double 75kN electric vibration tables are used to drive the horizontal sliding table, and the same guide rail components and different connectors are used together. The optimum test scheme is determined by comparing the bearing capacity and the first-order transverse resonance frequency of the two kinds of horizontal sliding tables with different structures. The results show that the bearing capacity of the horizontal sliding table under the two test schemes is similar, and the horizontal sliding table under the unidirectional biaxial drive test scheme has a higher first-order transverse resonance frequency.
