Abstract: Application of rosin as encapsulational material was reviewed.Discussions on developments and advantages of rosin as encapsulational material in fertilizers, medicines, agricultural chemicals, pigments and other materials were focused.For example, using rosin in the encapsulational materials of fertilizers, medicines, and agricultural chemicals can improve their utilization efficiency.Using rosin in the encapsulational material of pigment, the glossiness and adherence of pigment are improved.
